Yeah... I called you out... I need the assistance of the graphics expert for a special assignment.... I recently acquired a TSRS car to run... I take the choice of running it on the dirt. Hope to have it ready in a couple weeks, but I need the graphics expert to help a brother out.. This is the car.. these are the #'s i made up on paint... I'd like something similar to those, some www.circletrackchat.com stickers, some Hawkeye Marble & Glass stickers. and some of my famous piss on nick holt stickers. I believe the font is Mistral, but if you find something else cool, lemme know, eat your heart out bro, she's a beauty!

I believe its Mistral... and I think TSRS would frown on the clutchless transmission, and alcohol, but hey, you never know.

Thanks for the vote of confidence... and for the record.. a car doesn't know whether it was built for the dirt or for the asphalt. I'm confident I'll make it run good.

Randy, Wow that is a really fine looking car. BUT running a car like that on dirt.... well, its your car. The car does know what it was built for. And it certainly wasnt for dirt. Good luck with it, I hope it works well for you. Just so you know, I AM NOT doggin the dirt.... Cause I know what your thinking, you've staight up told me, you think I'm biased dirt VS asphalt....I am, but when you take a CAR like THAT to DIRT... your asking for trouble.

I was kinda sponsored this car, and honestly, I don't have the funds to run asphalt with it. The car is a top notch asphalt car, and was driven by Craig Roper. People who have seen their previous equipment will know this is one fine car with top notch parts. If I could find a sponsor I would consider running the asphalt with it, but as it stands, with the proper springs, shocks, and some time on the scales, as well as some extensive trailing arm and front suspension geometry work, I'm 100% confident I can turn it into a good dirt super stock. I agree 100% when you take an asphalt car with an asphalt setup to a dirt track, you're asking for trouble. but Lefthander's CAN work on dirt. I will still argue the car not knowing what it is, because cars dont have brains! lol... Oh yeah... almost forgot to mention, Gary Hunter's car was an asphalt late model, and he seems to make it work pretty good, and thats on leaf springs. I am experienced enough to tackle the 3 link and make it work, I hope. I also seem to remember hearing AJ Dancer from Red Rock's super stock was at one time an asphalt car, and he sets the pace where ever he races it.

Well... Let's see if you make a liar of me, Borlace, but personally, I think you're in over your head... Asphalt cars belong on asphalt.

I don't care where it runs as long as it has the CTC on it. I'm working on your graphics Randy, when are you planning on running it?

Randy, Of couse I will cheer for you on dirt. I REALLY hope it works for you. I do realize that CARS dont have brains, the point I was trying to make is that the CAR was built for asphalt, and without proper changes to the car, it wont work on dirt. THUS it is an asphalt car and IT (the car) knows it. With some changes... it may work on dirt. Honestly I wish you the best with it, and hope it works out for you. It is a beautiful car. I do enjoy going to the dirt track, and there are lots of cars there I enjoy watching. There are some really great people out there too. Truely my BIGGEST issue with dirt is the fact that the cars look awesome prior to entering the track, (I love good looking race cars, dirt or asphalt) but when they come off the track, they are wearing so much of the track, you cant tell they are that good looking anymore. STUPID??? Perhaps...

Mindy, Thanks for the support. I've partnered with some great people thus far this year. Weeks ago my future in racing was in limbo. But now, I have aligned myself with a struggling sportmod driver's team and turned them around to a top 10 car. Without the help of the Lueck's I wouldn't be racing anymore. Honestly, it feels good to call all the shots on a team, they have given me one hell of an opportunity, and we are both very pleased with the outcome thus far.
Jr, I'm looking for some parts, I need a rear gear for a 9 inch anywhere from 5.83-7.33 i dont care, some more wide 5 wheels, good 2 barrel, possibly a radiator, headers and power steering pump, need to see what extras they bring me on friday. Honestly, I won't slap this thing together like I normally do, I've got scales here now, and it won't hit the track until it scales out perfect. So probably mid June.
Oh yeah, Melinda, I hope you come out to the first race and snap some pics of it while she is still pretty, It won't last long. Prolly not past the heat race lol....

Randy, You let me know the date the car will be on the track and I'll be there to take some pics. If all goes well this week, and my racing BILLS dont kill me, I will come out to the dirt this week and take a few photos of some of the awesome looking cars out there. I have to tell ya though, Harley is a much better picture taker (is that a word?) than me. Good for you, taking your time, and getting it just right b4 taking it to the track.... otherwise your wasting your time and money. SMART MOVE. Mindy
