DOBBINS WINS WAYNE-DALTON "TURN ON THE LIGHTS" PROGRAM AT ROCKINGHAM
ROCKINGHAM, N.C. (April 22, 2007) - Jeff Dobbins was rewarded Sunday
for
recording the quickest professional reaction time during qualifying at
the Spring Nationals presented by Advance Auto Parts and Castrol.
Dobbins, of Wilmington, N.C., won the Wayne-Dalton "Turn on the Lights"
award with a 0.016 reaction time at Rockingham Dragway during Torco's
CompetitionPlus.com Pro Stock qualifying. Wayne-Dalton, the "Official
Garage Door and Home Control Company" of the IHRA, will reward Dobbins
$1,000 and a Wayne-Dalton Home Control Kit.
Pro Stock driver Chuck DeMory was also recognized for winning the
Wayne-Dalton "Turn on the Lights" program in San Antonio. DeMory won
the
prize with an impressive 0.002 reaction time.
