ATLANTA -- Bob Hubbard and Jim Downing, founders of HANS Performance Products, industry leaders of the internationally award winning HANS Device, were recipients of the American Auto Racing Writers and Broadcasters Association’s inaugural Auto Racing Safety and Humanitarian Service Award (AARWBA).
The award was presented at the AARWBA’s 37th All America Team Banquet on January 13, 2007. Bob Hubbard said; “We entered this business to make a difference, not a profit. And still, to this day, the HANS Device continues to make a difference in racing communities all over the world.”
