Hi all!
I hope this message finds everyone doing well. The next Motorsports Club event is approaching soon, so it's time to get your applications filled out and sent. (
www.texasworldspeedway.com/mscmail.htm ) In the interests of you and your families, we decided to forgo the weekend after Thanksgiving and hold the event the weekend before (November 18-19). Hopefully this is better suited to all. The 2-day price is $250 and one-day for $150. Garages are available for $20 for the weekend. As usual, the gates open at 7am, registration will start at that time, and the Driver's Meeting will begin at 7:45 am. We will run in 4-5 alternating groups from 8 am until 5 pm rain or shine, and expect to have five 20-minute sessions per group each day. Instructors and classroom sessions will be provided for beginning drivers. SA or M rated helmets are required for all entrants, with a limited number of loaner helmets available on a first come - first served basis.
Also at this event on Saturday, Nov. 18, Faasst Performance Driving School will be joining us, a one day school which fulfills part of the requirements toward an SCCA racing license. To see more information about this excellent oppurtunity, go to
www.faasst.com .
Get your applications in early, please. The more we know in advance, the better we can plan and the smoother the weekend will be. For additional information, please contact the TWS Track Manager, Rusty Rush, at (979) 690-2500, by fax at (979) 690-0891, or email
info@texasworldspeedway.com . Further information about Texas World Speedway can be found at

See you in grid,
Misty Cain
