Bobby LaFont got the jump on Clint Montanio as the Super Stock 40-lap feature roared to life. Chris Birmingham got inside Montanio for for second followed by Tracy Tschoerner for third. Montanio got hung out to dry on top and fell back through the field. Tr. Tschoerner ducked inside Birmingham and got along side and by for second followed by Matt Hodge to third. Hodge then got under Tr. Tschoerner for second.
Birmingham also got freight-trained, while TR. Tschoerner was able to squeeze down in front of Terry Tschoerner, who cut her a little slack. Keith Garrett moved in to challenge Te. Tschoerner for fourth giving him a rap on the bumper. As Te. Tschoerner got a little loose, Garrett backed off to let him get corrected, then got inside for the position. Multi-time track champ, Cary Stapp followed Garett through to fifth on lap 10.
Garrett continued his march forward getting by Tr. Tschoerner for third on lap 12. Hodge got by B. LaFont on lap 13 for the lead while Stapp was getting fourth from Tr. Tschoerner. Garrett and Stapp took second and third from B. LaFont on consecutive laps. Garrett then caught Hodge for the lead at got the point at halfway with Hodge, Stapp, B. LaFont and TR. Tschoerner rounding out the top five.
Stapp got second on lap 21, while in the pack Mark Mathias got into Te. Tschoerner who spun in turns 1-2. Mathias was sent to the rear, Te. Tschoerner put back in sixth. On the restart, Garrett and Stapp had just started to pull away when Mickey McKim spun with a flat right rear. The race had just gone back to green when Mathias and Rodney Rodriguez got together in turn 4.
Once back to green, Garrett and Stapp again eased away, with Tr. Tschoerner looking inside B. LaFont for fourth. Tr. Tschoerner got the spot leaving B. LaFont hung out to dry on top. Mathias bought the yellow again on lap 28, ending his night. After the restart, Stapp put the pressure on Garrett for the lead while Tr. Tschoerner. Te. Tschoerner, Duane Toyne and Clint LaFont ran nose to tail for fourth. In the final laps, Garrett was able to hold off Stapp for the victory, with position four through seventh getting swapped back and forth.

It was three wide for the lead at the start of 30-lap Thunder Stock feature, with Steve Osborne getting out front and a multi-car tangle mid-pack brought the race back under yellow, an indication of things to come. Osborne got the jump on the next start while Gary Chancellor slowed with a flat tire. Bryon Reed began putting the heat on Osborne for the lead but got loose allowing Kevin Bowen, James Lynch and Joey Tschoerner to close in.
Lynch got past Bowen for third on lap 10, then by Reed for second while Bowen was hung out falling to sixth. Reed and Tschoerner got hooked together on lap 14 with Tschoerner driving the pile into the infield. Tschoerner was black flagged for rough driving and during the yellow Lynch mistakenly pitted giving up second. Once back to green, Osborne now led Bowen, Mason Teague, Aaron Brungot and James Huff as the he top six stayed nose to tail.
Teague then began to try high on Bowen for second, while Bowen was looking to try to get under Osborne. It was three wide for the top spot going into turn 3 on lap 20 with Teague high, Bowen halfway in the grass and Osborne in the middle. Teague wisely backed off while Bowen and Osborne tangled coming out of turn 4. Both appeared to turn into each other, neither one lifted as they crossed the line tied together at the front bumper. The two continued on locked up until making hard contact with turn 1 wall just short of the pit exit. Anthony Gordon had nowhere to go and plowed hard in the pile. After stopping the skirmish that broke out and checking Osborne, who drives with prosthetics, for injuries, the race was declared complete, giving Teague the win.

The Grand Stock feature got off to a rocky start when Richard Fitch spun on the back stretch and got drilled by Floyd Reed. Reed continued to the infield taking Tommy Hubach into the infield tire barrier. On the second start John Fitch and Marcia Moore stayed side by side, with two and three wide racing in the pack. J. Fitch was able to lead lap 1, as Mike Farish moved in to make it a three wide battle for the top spot led by Moore on lap 2.
Yellow then waved after Tammy Thames and Carolyn Aramendia made contact on the back stretch that caused a multi-car tangle in turn 4. On the restart, Moore drifted too high, giving Farish the chance to grab the lead on lap 3. Homer Pitner then got by Moore for second and was challenging Farish for the lead. Pitner wrestled the top spot away on lap 5, with C. Aramendia getting third from Moore.
Aramendia then grabbed second from Farish on lap 7, as the top two inched away. Farish, Moore, Cody Smith and James Aramendia began to battle third on lap 10. Moore had just spun on lap 12 but caught a break, when yellow waved for debris, allowing her to retain her spot on the restart. When green flew again, C. Aramendia tried high on teammate Pitner, but couldn't get around. Thames took fifth from Farish on lap 15. Moore would have her problems continue when she was forced to pit from third with a flat.
R. Fitch and Kris Wilson got together on lap 18 in turn 4 to bring out a caution. On the restart C. Aramendia continued to pressure Pitner for lead, while Thames worked her way around Smith for third. Moore's night finally ended after the tire that was changed came off on lap 19. Officials the shortened the race due to time limits, to a green, white, checker finish. C. Aramendia gave it her best trying to get past Pitner, while Ja. Aramendia was side by side with Smith for fourth. At the checkers it was Pitner holding off C. Aramendia for the win

Mike Merrell jumped out from the pole to get the lead in the 25-lap Texas Pro Sedan feature. Segio Hexsel, Tom Johnson and Mike Knotts fall in line behind Merrell. Johnson would spin himself out from third to bring out a caution. The top five of Merrell, Hexsel, Knotts, Jesse Sandoval and Bob Sherland begin to separate out, while Johnson tries to work his way back up.
Johnson would catch Sandoval for fourth with the two making contact sending Sandoval around and Johnson to the pits with a flat tire. Merrell got a good jump on Hexsel who was slow to take off. Bill LaBarge moves in to challenge Hexsel and briefly takes second on lap 19. Hexsel fights back to retake the spot, but Merrell is setting sail with a good lead. Merrell takes the checkers easily over Hexsel.
